Our hangar benefits from LED lighting throughout, power, water, heated toilets, 24 hour surveillance and fire detection and 24 hour warning cover so you can have peace of mind that your aircraft is safely stored with us.
Access and Flying
Flying at Mona is primarily at weekends (and evenings in the summer months) as the Club is situated on a RAF airfield. However, under arrangements with the RAF and the Club, members may fly out during RAF hours. In order to do this, members will need to undergo an identity and criminal records check and undertake training to ensure safe and enjoyable flying for all. You can access your aircraft and clubhouse anytime of the day or night once you have completed your identity and criminal records check - perfect for some of that late night maintenance or cleaning!
